- Provide holistic and proactive support to the CEO regarding both strategic activities and daily business
- Prepare analyses and presentations on strategic topics leading up to top management decisions
- Work on and assume responsibility for own (sub-) projects incl. holding own presentations on the respective topics
- Coordinate and align with both internal and external stakeholders (e.g., other board members, direct reports etc.)
- Support the CEO's internal and external communication (e.g., presentations for investors, regulatory authorities, town hall meetings etc.)
- University degree or comparable work experience, advanced graduate degree (e.g., MBA, PhD etc.) preferred
- Prior work experience in insurance or consulting preferred
- Very good conceptual, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Proactive and results-driven team player with an open-minded and agile mindset
- Ability to work effectively with people at all levels in our organization
- Interest in diversified tasks as well as high willingness to learn and engagement
- Strong communication skills and mastery of both German and English (C1), other languages are a plus
