- Overtake the planning tasks of a charging station from conception to implementation planning and bill of services
- Align with internal and external cross-functional team, as well as close collaboration with the deployment managers, the business and real-estate developers
- Secure the standardization of the site design, engineering and quality gates
- Steer local planning offices Europe-Wide
- Ensure efficient communication and information transfer between teams and stakeholders
- Continuously evaluate and improve structural engineering processes and procedures
- Provide technical guidance to internal and external stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Civil Engineering or a related field
- Several years of proven experience in Civil Engineering or Architecture, with a focus on site planning and design
- Significant project management experience
- Strong knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to civil engineering
- Excellent problem-solving, solution-oriented thinking and analytical skills
- Proficiency in CAD is a Must-Have, other relevant software tools are welcome
- Fluent in English and German
