  • Support the sales team in their collaboration with customers and factories including supervision of lead times, preparation of offers, price quotations and sales forecasts
  • Control and maintain prices and cooperate with our order management department
  • Prepare, evaluate, and analyze KPI figures (stock, collection ratio, sales, expenses, forecast etc.)
  • Follow up price quotes as well as accounts receivables in close collaboration with our finance department
  • Issue credit and debit notes
  • Process and follow up sample orders as well as diverse orders depending on the product
  • Coordinate quality claims (e.g., price clarification, supplier evaluation, cross references etc.)
  • Process and coordinate technical inquiries from customers including on-site customer visits to support with training
  • Extended responsibility for dedicated small/mid-size customers

  • Successfully graduated apprenticeship or comparable qualification
  • First experience in a sales and/or customer service position
  • Safe command of MS-Office and SAP
  • Good negotiation and communication skills
  • Service orientation and team spirit
  • Fluent in German and English
