  • Responsibility for the timely execution of worldwide transports
  • Responsibility for the correct preparation of shipping and customs documents
  • Responsibility for the correct execution of the customs declaration / customs clearance
  • Responsibility for warehouse management (picking, warehousing, shipping packaging)
  • Active participation in warehouse management
  • Active participation in the implementation and improvement of processes within logistics
  • Ensuring a clean and tidy storage area while adhering to the 5S method
  • Ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards in the warehouse area

  • A completed vocational training in the field of wholesale and foreign trade or freight forwarding and logistics services
  • Several years of experience in the areas of customs clearance, dangerous goods (dangerous goods advisor), warehousing and the organization of transports
  • Experience in dealing with merchandise management systems, preferably in Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2015
  • Leadership qualities, ability to work in a team, flexibility, reliability and strong communication skills
  • Very good knowledge of German and good English, both written and spoken
