Personal Assistant to Managing Director (m/f/d)

As the Executive Assistant to the Managing Director, you are responsible to assist in every day to day mission! You will be the “go-to” person to facilitate communication between the executives, teams and customers.

This role is primarily office-based with occasional travel required.


  • Calendar and time management of the MD is part of your daily activities, including organization of internal and external meetings, extensive travel planning, internal and external communication, taking care of distributions lists, emails, Outlook calendars, communication with customers, act as a liaison for and with executives (including internal and external clients).
  • Prepare high level presentations (e. g. for sales activities) and be involved content wise
  • Being able to actively anticipate needs, behave as a real person who "cares" for MD and colleagues and facilitate solutions on a day to day basis
  • Facilitate interactions with other organizations; ensure high quality of execution and service
  • Participation in and/or support for internal and external large-scale events
  • Set-up processes and cascade process information throughout the team on behalf of the managing executive

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a management role, preferably supporting C-level executives
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously with a high degree of accuracy
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive and forward-looking approach
  • Adaptable and able to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Fluent German and English skills as well as high intercultural competence
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
