Job Description: Working Student - Digital@Finance
The Digital@Finance team at E.ON SE focuses on coordination and steering to ensure effective cross functional collaboration. We leverage selected capabilities for business-related delivery, including digital scouting and innovation management, funnel management, and prioritization of innovative projects, enabling strategic digital steering. As part of our Digital@Finance team in E.ON, you will play a key role in the following:
Support for Digital@Finance Initiatives:
- Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategies to identify best practices within and outside the organization. Ensure digital engagement activities align with long-term goals and establish a Digital Branding roadmap. The role will also include trend scouting and conducting market research to inform the innovation agenda.
- Community Engagement: Leverage community feedback and AI tools to track and analyze engagement, driving innovation and refining strategies. Organize digital events, webinars, and discussions to maintain an active community and collaborate with stakeholders for insights.
- Content Management: Create and manage visual and video content strategies to boost engagement. Use advanced AI tools for compelling presentations and maintain a repository of templates for efficient content creation.
- Process Improvement: Regularly assess digital engagement processes to identify improvements. Benchmark against industry standards and document best practices to ensure consistency across departments.
- Knowledge Management with AI: Implement tools for effective knowledge management and best practice sharing. Facilitate training sessions to educate employees on new digital engagement practices.
We are seeking the following competencies from you:
- Technical proficiency: Familiarity with content creation and management. Knowledge of digital engagement platforms and tools for tracking and analysis.
- Research & Content Creation Skills: Ability to conduct thorough research, create engaging content, and design materials to support community engagement initiatives.
- Strong communication skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills for maintaining regular updates and collaborating with stakeholders. Ability to document and share best practices effectively
Your Background:
- Educational Pursuit: Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Economics, Business Informatics, or a related field.
- Interest in Finance & Digitalization & Innovation : A strong interest in financial processes, finance organization, and digitalization topics and familiar with emerging trends.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in German and a good command of English complete your profile.
