What you can expect:

At Talent & Organizational Development, we are looking for an engaged student worker to support us in the development, maintenance and implementation of projects and programs. Our contribution to the business success is the enablement of employees to implement the company strategy. The focus of your engagement will be talent & performance management as well as learning & leadership development.

Your key tasks and responsibilities:

  • Supporting the team in managing the global performance and potential assessment process
  • Supporting activities in the global performance and talent management IT system, e.g. report creation, activity tracking, maintenance of translations
  • Working together with functional experts for the continuous development and improvement of learning solutions and leadership programs
  • Supporting the team on big scale implementation of concepts, learning solutions and leadership programs
  • Supporting the organization of events and workshops
  • Supporting the communication and marketing of our offer within the company through a variety of innovative and creative communication activities in close cooperation with Employer Branding team

  • You are enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program for a period of at least one year in the field of business with HR major, educational sciences, pedagogy, psychology, Human Resources, People & Culture, or similar
  • You are fluent in spoken and written English
  • You love teamwork, open communication style and hospitality
  • You have an entrepreneurial spirit with general economic understanding
  • You have Excellent MS Office skills (especially in PowerPoint and Excel)
