Your areas of responsibility are:
- Coordination and technical supervision of field trials across multiple test environments.
- Experimental design, field plans and field books preparation.
- Field-data assessment as well as coordination of the measures to be taken.
- Statistical analysis of breeding data across environments using appropriate methods and company-own software.
- Generation of reports and summaries of data analyses.
- Documentation of files and data in designated databases.
- Support to the Rye Breeding Yield trial team.
- Technical supervision and guidance of seasonal staff.
Bring in your strengths:
- Completed training or studies in the field of agriculture or related fields.
- Knowledge of design and experimental analysis is of advantage.
- Good skills in MS Office, especially MS Excel; experience with common-purpose databases and statistical software is desirable.
- Good written and spoken English; basic knowledge of German or willingness to learn the language.
- Open personality with strong communication and organization skills; independent, flexible, and results-oriented working style.
- Ability to work effectively in a diverse team.
- Willingness to travel (up to 25%) and a valid class B driver´s license.
