Your areas of responsibility are:
  • Coordination and technical supervision of field trials across multiple test environments.
  • Experimental design, field plans and field books preparation.
  • Field-data assessment as well as coordination of the measures to be taken.
  • Statistical analysis of breeding data across environments using appropriate methods and company-own software.
  • Generation of reports and summaries of data analyses.
  • Documentation of files and data in designated databases.
  • Support to the Rye Breeding Yield trial team.
  • Technical supervision and guidance of seasonal staff.

Bring in your strengths:
  • Completed training or studies in the field of agriculture or related fields.
  • Knowledge of design and experimental analysis is of advantage.
  • Good skills in MS Office, especially MS Excel; experience with common-purpose databases and statistical software is desirable.
  • Good written and spoken English; basic knowledge of German or willingness to learn the language.
  • Open personality with strong communication and organization skills; independent, flexible, and results-oriented working style.
  • Ability to work effectively in a diverse team.
  • Willingness to travel (up to 25%) and a valid class B driver´s license.
