  • iPad Management over the entire lifecycle of the devices backed by a professional mobile device management system
  • Completion of the ICT Curriculum for integration into the school curriculum and continuous maintenance of it
  • Identifying, training and supporting teachers and staff to act as knowledge multiplicators of the ICT Curriculum or specific departmental skill-sets
  • Support BIS Faculty and Staff in their development of ICT skills and knowledge in effectively implementing them in their work and teaching
  • General ICT helpdesk tasks

  • JamF certification for iOS required (Jamf Certified Associate - Jamf Pro and ideally Jamf 100 and/or 200)
  • Tertiary Apple Support Professional and iPad Technical Training highly desirable
  • An educational background is highly desirable
  • Knowledge and understanding of the role of technology in Education
  • Working knowledge of fundamental operations of software such as iOS and macOS
  • Technology proficiency in educational software and technology
  • Basic knowledge of Learning Management Systems and School Information Systems
  • Ability to design and deliver effective training and coaching sessions for teachers with varying levels of technical skills
  • Adaptability and flexibility and the ability to work within a team
  • Well-developed analytical skills
  • Customer service orientation
  • Excellent communication skills in English and preferably German
