What you will do: Drive excellence: Manage and process direct orders, travel stock usage, and consignment, ensuring smooth operations across Europe. Be the go-to expert: Handle inquiries from customers and colleagues, providing top-notch service and support. Problem-solve like a pro: Process returns and provide clear advice and information to customers and colleagues alike. Collaborate and grow: Support various teams with data, insights, and administrative assistance, and take an active role in exciting projects. Your profile: A background in commercial training or a relevant Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience. Several years of experience in an office setting; a customer service background is a huge plus! Proficiency in basic computer tools (Outlook, Excel) and ideally some experience with ERP systems (SAP is a big bonus). Excellent command of English; additional language skills (especially German) are a plus. A detail-oriented, organized, and proactive approach to your work. A love for teamwork and a passion for working with colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
