  • Administration of all cross border travel and assignments to coordinate (double) taxation and social security agreements
  • Ensuring the implementation of new initiatives based on national and international (legislative) adjustments
  • Ensuring compliance with European reporting requirements
  • Manage Posted Workers Directive (PWD)
  • Coordination and agreement between sending and receiving companies
  • Supporting the correct processing of the German payroll of employees seconded to Germany as well as managers and employees of the matrix organization working in Germany
  • Cooperation with external tax advisors
  • Cost charging Assignees
  • Supporting the relocation, housing and move for international employees in Germany

  • Bachelor degree in law or economics or similar education
  • 2-6 years years of experience preferable in an international environment, ideally with experience in Posted Workers Directive
  • Strong communication skills, initiative, stress resistance and accuracy
  • Analytical, solution- and process-oriented thinking as well as a structured way of working
  • Ability to work in a team and awareness of the organizational context
  • Very good written and spoken English and German skills
