To strengthen our young and innovative team, we are looking for a
Regulatory Reporting Officer


  • Coordination of all annual audits and semi-annual reports of SI funds with parties involved
  • Coordination and monitoring of all monthly, quarterly, half-yearly and yearly reportings that are legally required for SI funds and ManCo itself
  • Coordination of whole process of PRIIP-KID production and renewal including dissemination to authorities and vendors
  • Coordination of preparing EET, EMT and EPT files for the distributors
  • Carrying out the whole audit process for each fund including review of EL, Audit Opinion, Representation Letter and AFR and fulfillment of requirements resulting from CSSF 21/790, including review rounds with the Boards of our funds
  • Coordination of audit requests via different Dashboards SI internally (addressing queries to other departments or MDs, selecting answers etc.)
  • Coordination of yearly simplified VAT returns for specific funds
  • Coordination of reporting-related requirements resulting from SFDR for funds and SI (disclosure of PAI statement, PCDs, PDs etc.)
  • Coordination and review of AIFMD-Reporting, Solvency II Reporting, VAG-Reporting, GroMiKV reporting, SFTR Reporting etc. to authorities, distributors and clients
  • Contact person for all distributors, service providers, auditors, salespersons, clients etc. in relation to Regulatory Reporting

Client Reporting:

  • Monthly Factsheets, tailor made reportings for German-AIF clients, monthly collection and dissemination of data to vendors/clients for different funds (UCITS;SIF) of the company
  • Coordination of hosted webpage for German Institutional clients
  • Set-up and enhancement of client-specific reportings from various distribution countries

Data Reporting:

  • Manual transmission of various documents and data to different recipients (authorities, data vendors, platforms, network etc.) and monitoring of this
  • Coordination and data management via and with KNEIP for all SI funds
  • Key contact person for all kind of requests from external parties in regards to reporting for funds and for the data vendor of the company
  • Usage of different distribution platforms (FinXN, e-file, eDesk, DataGlide, Digital Platform etc.)

General:

  • Contributing to the analysis and optimization of department-specific processes and framework conditions in collaboration with other specialist departments and partners
  • Implementation of new legal and regulatory requirements
  • Contributing from Regulatory Reporting point of view by fund launches, restructures and liquidations
  • Expanding contracts/business relationship with external providers in case of new reporting requirements

  • Degree in Economic or similar
  • Familiarity with the most common and updated practices and principles of the organizational design (design thinking, organizational analysis, etc..) and models (Structures & Roles, matrix models, process-based, etc..)
  • Good knowledge of a Management Company process framework
  • Multi-tasking approach in a dynamic and changing environment
  • Analytical thinking skills and data analysis attitude
  • Good interpersonal skills, flexibility and versatility
  • Good command of Microsoft Office tools
  • Learning agility, team player attitude with good communication skills in an international environment
  • Good in both written and spoken English, German or Italian will be an advantage
