  • Craft and lead the charge on our product portfolio vision and strategy, igniting innovation with our product management dream team
  • Engineer tailored solutions that resonate with our EOS focus markets, ensuring every product packs a punch
  • Establish rock-solid product requirements that scream value, ensuring our offerings stand out in a crowded market
  • Collaborate on crafting the product roadmap alongside program management and other stakeholders
  • Drive effective market positioning of the polymer portfolio through impactful go-to-market strategies in coordination with cross-functional teams and regional stakeholders

  • Completed technical studies (e.g., mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, computer science, industrial engineering) with an additional business qualification
  • More than 10 years of professional experience in the serial manufacturing industry, particularly as a product manager for a solution business, B2B environment
  • Experience in the additive manufacturing environment is an advantage
  • Deep knowledge of product management tools and methods
  • Experience in leading cross-functional, virtual teams and implementing corrective measures for technically innovative solutions
  • Strong negotiation skills and familiarity with modern organizational structures and processes, coupled with fluency in German and English
