We are currently looking for a Sales & Network Specialist (m/f/d) to support the Customer Care Centre of a premium car brand in Cologne (or alternatively Dietzenbach)! If you speak Dutch or Vlaams on a native level we are looking for you!
- You are the first contact for all customer and prospect inquiries, provide expert advice by phone, e-mail or chat and later help them in all terms of the ongoing customer relationship
- You will be responsible for the documentation of all inquiries through Salesforce according to company guidelines
- Promotion of positive customer relationships is your main goal, which you handle through a pleasant, courteous and professional manner
- You will be able to develop innovative approaches to resolving customer concerns and work together with other local departments, if required
To succeed as our Sales & Network Specialist (m/w/d) you are service oriented and have strong abilities in interpersonal communication.
We are looking for you if you have:
- Several years of experience in customer service, ideally within the automotive trade
- Speak Dutch or Flemish on a native Level (C2)
- Good knowledge of English (B2)
- Commercial studies or relevant experience
- Independent way of working and passion for problem solving
- A dynamic and friendly team
- 28 days annual leave per year (plus Christmas Eve, New Years Eve, Rose-Monday)
- Hybrid working model (on-site & remote)

Work regulations and location
- Fulltime: 40 h / week
- Mo-Fr in 2 shifts between 8.00 – 20.00 h and Sa from 9.00 – 15.00 h
- Temporary contract for 18 months (with the possibility of extension)
- Location: Cologne or Dietzenbach, Germany
