Spairliners is a joint venture between Air France Industries and Lufthansa Technik. The company offers a comprehensive component support solution for A380 and E-Jet operators. The services include the provisioning and management of the spare parts inventory and overhaul and repair of components, together with the appropriate logistics. Overall Spairliners guarantees the availability of aircraft components where and when required. This is your opportunity to join our multicultural and dynamic team in the beautiful city of Hamburg as intern or working student in our Asset Management department.
- Improve and maintain our knowledge base (SharePoint data, Training Library, Archives)
- Identify and map relevant processes
- Ensure that our processes follow quality requirements
- Create and improve user guides
- Maintain the supplier information database
- Support operational activities (monitoring stock, purchases deliveries, supplier communication, collect data, KPI set up)
- Ongoing enrollment in a related study program
- Very good Microsoft 365 knowledge, SAP is a plus
- Fluent in English, other language skills e.g., German or French are welcome
- Analytical thinking
- A solution-oriented can-do attitude
- You are a team player
The internship should last 6 to 12 months, 40 weekly hours, office presence is required, at least 3 days per week in our Hamburg office.
