Your Team:

The Licensing team is multifaceted: success-oriented, international, and with a good sense of humor. With more than 30 members from areas such as sales, back office, project management, and graphics, the team is responsible for all the fundamental aspects of consulting the companies that have been recognized in the company rankings. Our goal: to support and advise our customers at every stage of the process.


As a Lead Researcher (m/f/d) focused on the U.S. market, you will play a crucial role in our Licensing team by leading research initiatives that drive our sales strategy. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting In-Depth Research: Identifying and researching potential sales contacts for national and international projects, with a particular emphasis on the American market.
  • Data Verification: Qualifying and verifying existing contacts using a variety of research tools to ensure accuracy and relevance.
  • Data Preparation: Compiling and organizing research results in a clear and actionable format for the sales team.
  • CRM Management: Maintaining and updating the Salesforce CRM system to ensure data integrity.
  • Mentorship: Providing guidance and professional support to students and junior researchers, helping them to develop their skills and understanding of the industry.

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Proficient in English, both written and spoken, with the ability to present complex data clearly.
  • Detail-oriented: A meticulous, structured, and independent approach to research tasks.
  • Focus and Concentration: Strong ability to maintain focus and accuracy in your work.
  • Technical Proficiency: Basic to intermediate Excel skills, with the ability to analyze and manipulate data effectively.
  • Salesforce Experience: Initial experience with Salesforce is a plus but not mandatory – a willingness to learn is key.
