In this position you will be responsible for the analysis, optimization, and management of data and processes across various departments of the Südzucker Group within our Salesforce ecosystem.
Your responsibilities:
- Initiation, coordination, and independent management of projects focused on data-driven process improvements and the modeling of new processes within the Südzucker Group
- Identification, analyzation, and documentation of data and process requirements from your colleagues across various departments and divisions as well as management of transferring these processes to our Salesforce Functional Team
- Identification of data-related issues or process inefficiencies and creation of solution proposals as well as accompanying their implementation to ensure successful outcomes
- Measurement of process improvements and their independent optimization to ensure continuous enhancements
- Close collaboration with all Südzucker departments during the requirements definition, implementation, and operational phases to ensure alignment as well as effective communication
- Monitoring the implementation of improvements and optimizing them responsibly
- With your successfully completed Bachelor's or Master's degree – preferably, but not necessarily in economics – you already have special know how in the field of process analysis and process optimization
- You have experience in data processing as well as well-grounded project management experience (agile project management and waterfall)
- Due to your very good written and spoken German and English language skills you're able to communicate appropriately on all management levels
- You are enthusiastic about IT and digitalization
- You are an absolute team player as well as problem solver and underline this with an independent and flexible way of working
- You are willing to travel professionally (once or twice a month)
