The Next Generation Mobile Networks Alliance e.V. (NGMN; www.ngmn.org) was founded in 2006 by leading international Mobile Network Operators.
Today, it brings together around 80 companies from across the mobile communications industry worldwide, promoting collaboration in a pre-competitive environment.

We are looking for a highly motivated colleague to assist our CEO and occasionally our team. Ideally you are also experienced with the occasional use of ERP/SAP systems.

This role is a part-time role (30 h/week). There is flexibility to adjust this role to less or more than 30 h/week.


  • Assist our CEO and occasionally our team with logistics
    Including: coordination of meeting appointments, calendar management, travel bookings, travel logistics, manage incoming and outgoing invoices, manage our digital office filing on MS Teams, manage office supplies and equipment
  • Work efficiently with our membership
    Coordination of meeting appointments, support with invites etc.

Preferred, but not mandatory additional tasks:

  • Budget management support
  • Manage accounts receivable and payable. Specific accountant skills are not required.
  • Expense Management: Handling expense reports, reconciling accounts, and tracking budgetary items.
  • Invoice Processing: Assisting with the processing of invoices, purchase orders, and financial documentation.

  • Excellent language skills in English and German are mandatory
  • Excellent organisational- and time management skills with enthusiasm and great attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Flexibility and adaptability with a strong hands-on mentality
  • Highly customer- and service orientated
  • Excellent communication abilities to convey information clearly and effectively across various channels
  • Integrity, handling sensitive information with care
  • Capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Great team player with high level of initiative and motivation
  • Willingness to travel occasionally, including international travel
  • Knowledge of finance processes, use of ERP and DATEV system is desired but not mandatory
  • Experience in working for a German-based organisation desired but not mandatory
