Starting today, the following position at Daiichi Sankyo Europe GmbH is open for applications:

Working Student (m/f/d) Oncology Alliance Management - Limited to 12 months, 20h per week

The Position:

The Working student is a fully integrated team member within the Oncology Alliance Management team and will operate from Daiichi Sankyo Europe GmbH headquarters. The team supports all alliance teams with a focus on the European region and offers a great possibility to gain experience in a very international and culturally diverse setting. The focus of the position is to provide support on pan-European projects involving all business functions and to take on operational tasks supporting the team.


  • Support with coordination tasks such as booking appointments, meeting rooms, equipment, hotels, etc.
  • Support with optimal layout and development of impactful slide decks
  • Support the development and implementation of training material.
  • Support the team with setting up, conducting and documenting workshops.
  • Aid in follow-up activities such as surveys, participant feedback etc.
  • Liaise with teams on country level to support them in the implementation of local activities.
  • Support in developing digital activities for internal and external communications.

  • Commercial apprenticeship successfully completed
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills (required)
  • Ability to mindfully interact with culturally diverse teams
  • First experience in the pharmaceutical sector
  • Very good communication and interpersonal skills
  • High customer service orientation and solutions-driven approach
  • Proven skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with SharePoint and MS Outlook will be considered a plus
