  • Preparation and implementation of various data imports
  • Developing and setting up new automation flows
  • Setting up new validation rules
  • Handling administrative tasks
  • Coordination of enquiries
  • Identifying pain points of the daily users
  • Solving technical challenges and assisting with system tests

  • Enrolled student
  • Must-have: initial professional experience of Salesforce, e.g. through an internship, working student position, apprenticeship
  • Flexible availability of 15-20 h/week
  • Excellent English or German skills
  • Ideally: Located in Hamburg
  • Process-oriented thinking
  • Experience with databases
  • Confident with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Desirable: experience with SQL
