- Preparation and implementation of various data imports
- Developing and setting up new automation flows
- Setting up new validation rules
- Handling administrative tasks
- Coordination of enquiries
- Identifying pain points of the daily users
- Solving technical challenges and assisting with system tests
- Enrolled student
- Must-have: initial professional experience of Salesforce, e.g. through an internship, working student position, apprenticeship
- Flexible availability of 15-20 h/week
- Excellent English or German skills
- Ideally: Located in Hamburg
- Process-oriented thinking
- Experience with databases
- Confident with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Desirable: experience with SQL
- High level of autonomy
