  • Analysing business processes as part of projects and identifying and prioritising technical requirements in close cooperation with the department
  • Identifying solutions for implementing the necessary requirements and coordinating with the responsible departments, development units or external software providers
  • Creating detailed specifications for the requirements of the departments so that the resulting concepts can be implemented in corresponding IT solutions
  • Coordinating the feasibility of the requirements with the relevant IT units in the ODDO BHF Group and the software providers
  • Monitoring the implementation and quality assurance of the results
  • Supporting the test activities and preparing the productive implementation

  • Successfully completed studies specialising in computer science, mathematics, business administration with a focus on IT or completed (commercial) training with experience in the IT sector
  • Very good knowledge of securities compliance and in particular its processes and regulations
  • Experience with transaction reporting (MIFIR, EMIR, SFTR, MIFID)
  • At least 5 years of experience in analysing customer processes/specialist processes and formulating requirements
  • Knowledge of project management processes, methods and standards as well as the test management framework
  • Experience with digitalisation processes desirable
  • Knowledge of Confluence/JIRA is an advantage as well as very good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Power Point & Excel) environment
  • Very good knowledge of French (native speaker or comparable) and very good written and spoken English skills
