We need a bold, innovative Manager for PSM Functional Excellence to lead our global procurement and subcontracting overhaul. Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Corporate PSM, you'll spearhead digital transformation, standardize processes, and cultivate talent to build a top-tier, data-centric, modern procurement team. This role is pivotal in boosting efficiency, compliance, and team development worldwide.

- Streamline procurement across all regions, creating a unified operating model.
- Guide regional teams in deploying end-to-end tech solutions, ensuring compliance and audit-readiness.
- Develop group KPIs and dashboards to enhance financial forecasting and supplier relations.
- Craft a robust procurement data strategy, standardizing procedures for policy adherence and risk management.
- Lead initiatives to foster a culture of continuous learning, ensuring your team is skilled and motivated.
- Proven leadership in procurement, reporting, and systems within a global company.
- Degree in business, strategy, economics, supply chain, information systems, or equivalent.
- Skilled in ERP project implementation, strategic planning, and project management.
- Deep understanding of procurement principles and business operations, with a knack for developing data strategies.
- Expert in designing workflows, ensuring compliance, and implementing sustainable growth strategies.
