We put Mercedes-Benz Cars on the road - with enthusiasm and passion! Mercedes-Benz Cars Marketing & Sales (MS) encompasses the functions of Sales, After-Sales, Marketing, and Product Management for Mercedes-Benz Cars and is responsible for the development of the global sales organization.

We, the CX Measurement & KPI Governance Team, are transforming the way Mercedes-Benz manages the relationships with customers through our platform. We are responsible for collecting refining and implementing new ideas, ensure our analytics provides powerful insights and establish new processes addressing specific customer needs. In addition, we monitor the performance and achievement of objectives during the current year, which we prepare using a digital dashboard for the top management. In doing so, we work closely with the involved teams, departments and regions as well as markets.

Your tasks in detail:

  • You will take on the preparation, execution, and follow-up of various committee meetings and video conferences - this includes creating presentations, developing project documents and communicating with involved stakeholders in the HQ and worldwide
  • You will support the setup and monitoring of the information security requirements
  • You will ensure the project documentation is available in the target platforms (e.g. Confluence, ServiceNow, LeanIX)
  • You will support the roll-out of the project into new markets including and the addition of new features functionalities

  • Studies in the field of Computer Science, Engineering, or a comparable studies
  • Knowledge of Jira, Confluence and proficient use of MS-Office and MS PowerBI. ServiceNow and LeanIX is desirable.
  • Experience with Cloud storage infrastructure / SFTP server setup
  • Knowledge of the customer journey, especially the relevant marketing touchpoints, is an advantage
  • Project management/sales or marketing knowledge desirable
  • Proficiency in English - German knowledge will be a plus
  • Very good communication skills
  • Analytical and intercultural competence
  • Structured and goal-oriented working method
