MANAGER, RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT FOOD (M/F/D) (TEAMLEITER F&E FOOD)
LOCATION: POTSDAM / BERLIN
- Management and leadership of the R&D team
- Strategy development for new and existing products
- Allocation of resources and coordination of work and studies
- Overseeing scientific protocols, data analysis, and reports
- Conduct technical and scientific observations, including competitor evaluation
- Working closely with scientists, technical assistants, and product managers
- PhD in Microbiology or Molecular Biology or comparable professional training
- At least 10 years of professional experience in the food microbiology sector
- Experience in a professional laboratory at a management and strategic level (assay development, manufacturing expertise, leadership experience)
- Good knowledge of certification processes
- Understanding of the diagnostics business
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
- Structured and conscientious work ethic, flexibility, and a hands-on mentality
