For our team in Berlin, we are seek­ing a high­ly skilled and de­tail-ori­ented Mar­ket­ing Spe­cial­ist Marketo / On­line Mar­ket­ing Spe­cial­ist HubSpot / Mar­ket­ing Spe­cial­ist Salesforce or Per­for­mance Mar­ket­ing Spe­cial­ist (f/m/x) as

Digital Marketing Specialist (f/m/x)

to start asap. The ideal can­di­date will opti­mize our mar­ket­ing cam­paigns' per­for­mance and oper­a­tion­al pro­cess­es, using exist­ing sys­tems and data. This role re­quires col­lab­o­ra­tion with cross-func­tion­al teams to exe­cute mar­ket­ing cam­paigns and drive on­line lead gen­er­a­tion as well as mar­ket­ing suc­cess, sup­port­ing ambi­tious busi­ness growth plans.


  • Drive lead generation aligned with re­gion­al mar­ket­ing and busi­ness growth goals
  • Manage marketing auto­ma­tion plat­forms, CRM sys­tems, and other tools
  • Develop segmentation strat­e­gies for per­son­al­ized cam­paigns
  • Implement lead scoring mod­els to en­hance the sales funnel
  • Collaborate with mar­ket­ing man­ag­ers on cam­paign ob­jec­tives and tar­get audi­ences
  • Set up campaigns, in­clud­ing email, land­ing pages, and track­ing mech­a­nisms
  • Monitor and analyze cam­paign per­for­mance met­rics for im­prove­ment
  • Continuously conduct A/B tests to opti­mize cam­paign ele­ments
  • Develop omnichannel mar­ket­ing cam­paigns for lead nur­tur­ing and re­tention
  • Continuously seek im­prove­ment oppor­tu­ni­ties and ana­lyze mar­ket trends
  • Foster innovation by bring­ing new ideas to the team

  • Bachelor's degree in Mar­ket­ing, Busi­ness, or a re­lated field
  • Proven experience (min. 5 years) in digi­tal mar­ket­ing, mar­ket­ing op­er­a­tions, or a sim­i­lar role
  • Proficiency in marketing auto­ma­tion plat­forms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot) and CRM sys­tems (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Strong analytical skills and data in­ter­pre­ta­tion abil­ities
  • Excellent organizational and proj­ect man­age­ment skills
  • Fluent in English and Ger­man; French would be a strong plus
