Exide Technologies' Energy Solutions division is developing and manufacturing stationary energy storage batteries, from backup power to large-scale storage systems (BESS and C&I). Exide´s technology portfolio spans from multiple lead-acid over to lithium-ion technologies supporting the global energy transition and digitalization. Our storage systems are used in UPS, Telecom, Datacenters, Public Transport, in Front-of- and Behind-the-Meter applications and many more.

For our growing division Energy Solutions in Büdingen (nearby Frankfurt am Main) at the earliest possible date we are looking for a:

Clerk Sales Administration (m/f/x) EXPORT
Join our team in Büdingen - catchment area Frankfurt, Hanau, Gelnhausen, Gießen, Aschaffenburg.


  • Processing all incoming customer orders
  • Ensuring order clarity (e.g. price, accessories, delivery address, etc.)
  • Preparation of international shipping documents with regard to packaging and shipping instructions
  • Coordination and delivery monitoring of shipments in coordination with the relevant plant dispatch department
  • Preparation of shipping documents and notification of delivery to the forwarding agent and shipping department
  • Preparation of business documents (letters of credit etc. in accordance with country regulations
  • Support order processing - MEA Office in relation to prepared documents and their accuracy
  • Sending documents to customers or forwarding to finance department for submission to bank (e.g. letter of credit / LC's)
  • Information exchange and close co-operation with Sales - Germany / MEA Office
  • Manual invoicing for customs documents
  • Customs documents - preparation
  • Submission of documents to the chamber of commerce (IHK) / customs declaration Atlas

  • Completed commercial training
  • Several years of professional experience in global export order processing
  • Experience of dangerous goods regulations (road, water, air)
  • Confident handling of MS-Office and ERP-systems
  • Proficient written and spoken English and German skills
  • High degree of independence and reliability
  • Willingness to work independently
