  • You develop framework for internal training, education and knowledge transfer
  • You implement processes for identification of training needs within the organisation
  • You create clear knowledge transfer schedule and implement it with other departments
  • You identify, contact and brief internal & external experts who will produce training materials
  • You identify and set up the right platform to put training material at employees' disposal and track usage, gather suggestions
  • You collaborate with HR department to create a smooth and holistic onboarding process
  • You pro-actively suggest training and education topics
  • You develop concept for best suited formats depending on the topic: live presentations, pre-recorded video etc.
  • You work closely with sales leadership to align education needs and training initiatives with overall sales strategy and goals
  • You collaborate with all relevant departments to ensure a holistic understanding of the products and services being sold
  • You can work at the following locations: Cologne, Hamburg, Paris, London or Milan

  • We are looking for candidates with a bachelor or master degree in a relevant direction (Marketing, Communications, Media)
  • You have at least 2 years of work experience in a sales enablement / training / instructional designer position. Media industry knowledge would be a plus
  • Capacity to work in a multicultural environment and capacity to present to senior levels
  • A problem solving, pro-active and entrepreneurial mindset
  • You are able to prioritize and handle several projects simultaneously
  • You are able to build synthetic and clear Power Point presentations
  • As we operate in an international company: fluent English skills are required, good German skills are also beneficial

Your team

You are part of the marketing team (currently 8 team members, soon 2 additional members) and will report to the Marketing Director, based in Paris. The marketing team is in charge of the go to market decks as well as providing data and insights to our clients. Most of the team members are based in Paris but we are a truly European group and all meetings are in English.
