  • Proactively research and identify sales opportunities in new and existing markets.
  • Reach out to prospects through cold calling, email, and other communication methods like LinkedIn.
  • Develop and maintain sales skills and product knowledge to qualify leads and convert customer needs into sales.
  • Create sales quotes and manage tender submissions.
  • Dealing with enquires from distributors globally
  • Respond to problems that arise in the accounts, either through personal actions or by obtaining assistance from the necessary departments.
  • Provide support to keep the CRM updated and provided detailed data analytics to Managers and stakeholders.
  • Other additional sales administrative tasks as required.

  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or equivalent preferred
  • CRM experience (Salesforce) preferred
  • Willingness and reliable.
  • Based in Berlin or willing to relocate
  • Full professional proficiency and excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong presentation skills demonstrated before customers, peers and upper management
  • Strong work ethics and high work standards.
  • Energetic and passionate about their role.
  • Proactive team player with strong communication skills in a team environment and an ability to learn and embrace new technologies quickly.
  • High level of commitment and initiative.
  • Ability to work unsupervised and/or alone.
  • High level of accuracy
  • Excellent verbal, written communication, PC skills, and organizational abilities are required
