Join our team! As Customs / Excise Duty Specialist (m/f/d) you will have the overall responsibility to draft, plan and set up and support logistic processes in compliance with customs and excise duty regulations for the R&F Group business. You will consult the R&F group management regarding secure and cost-efficient solutions for supply chain subject to EMCS and Export / Import regulations, enable teams to understand and follow the legal requirements and investigate deviations from the standard and support the digitalization within your area of responsibility. By permanent reviewing and improving the logistic solutions subject to EMCS / customs regulations you install best practice and contribute to strategic aims of the R&F Group in several countries.


  • Lead strategic projects & initiatives aimed to built efficient logistic solutions for deliveries from Malmö Sweden to customers in compliance with customs and EU-regulations.
  • Continuously improve our processes through cross functional collaboration between departments & process areas.
  • Drive automation by optimizing processes and integrating systems to enhance our ability to maximize data leverage.
  • Develop robust customs and EMCS processes in the company to meet company policies and legal requirements on different markets.
  • Ability to challenge the conventional, drive change and develop fact driven successful new strategies, supporting the overall targets for the company.
  • Previous experience in navigating complex business problems, collaborating with leaders across corporate functions.
  • Develop executive material on board & top management level used as decision material.

  • Graduate degree (Master, MBA or equivalent) in business administration, economics, finance or related subject or similar through extensive experience.
  • Knowledge in Customs law and regulation, EU-trade and EMCS procedure.
  • Solid background in Excise Duty and Customs regulations and practical knowledge in customs processes and procedures.
  • Good overall understanding of administrative and financial procedures, including budgeting, forecasting & reporting and dealing with authorities in different parts of the EU.
  • Former experience within the Travel Retail / Duty free business would be very appreciated.
  • Ability to use Office product Suit and especially Power Point & Excel.
  • Fluent in German and English. Knowledge of a Scandinavian language it is an extra advantage.
