You support our team as
Director IT Corporate Functions and Financials (f/m/d)
- Strategic Alignment: You act as a proactive leader within the business, defining, changing and aligning IT architecture and strategy with reflect to corporate goals
- Business Relationship Management: Ensuring alignment with business demands, you oversee the management of business relationships and service portfolios
- Budget Leadership: Driving financial efficiency and operational excellence, you manage the overall IT budget in your value area
- Team Leadership: You lead and develop a high-performance team of approx. 5 colleagues (located in Germany and India) to establish a sustainable organizational structure
- Operational Excellence: You streamline IT services within your value area to achieve IT operational excellence
- IT Service Management: You define and implement IT services within your value area “Corporate Functions and Financials”, ensuring alignment with the business goals
- Leadership: As a proactive leadership within the business, you act as an internal thought leader and problem solver to drive change in IT and enable transformation within the business
- Technical Expertise: You are proficient within Digital Core Applications, Business and Corporate Processes for Automotive Suppliers, as well as Integration Services, Business Analytics Systems and IT Service Management (ITIL)
- Educational Background: You own a university degree in IT or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience: You have collected 8+ years in IT with in-depth knowledge of business models and strategies in Finance, Accounting, Controlling, HR, and Digital Business Processes
- Project Management: You bring strong expertise in Project Management and IT Application Portfolio Management (LeanIX), as well as IT Demand Management Systems (ServiceNow)
- Cultural Sensitivity and Language Skills: You combine intercultural openness, sensitivity, and respect with strong in- and external communication skills in English language (an additional major language is welcome)
