Vattenfall is one of the largest producers of electricity and heat in Europe and has its headquarters in Stockholm. Electromobility is part of Vattenfall's long-term strategy. The E-Mobility team works together with colleagues from Sweden, Germany and the Netherlands to provide individual solutions for charging electric vehicles. Our task is to develop and market offers for everything to do with charging infrastructure for private and business customers.

For the E-Mobility team we are looking for an System & Process Specialist.

If you are service oriented, with a hands-on mentality, persistent and able to investigate and solve financial issues within the landscape of SAP FICA-FICO independently, you will be a perfect fit for our team.

Your role

  • Coordination of centralized European financial incident handling
  • Reconciliation of FICA – FICO
  • Proposing action plans based on analysis of data quality reports
  • Continuously developing and optimizing the incident management processes
  • Accountable for account maintenance, clearing and setting off of debtors'/creditors' accounts. open item management, collection and disbursement in FICA
  • Identify data quality issues and provide reports as well as checking for inconsistencies
  • Support of Business Control in SAP FICO and SAP FICA
  • Support the local departments in the correct interpretation of the results from the reporting and identify action for improvement of data quality
  • Carrying out system tests & evaluation of developments & improvements within the billing and invoicing system landscape (CRM, SAP-BRIM, platform)
  • Support the local departments in the correct interpretation of the results from the reporting and quarterly financial statements
  • Close collaboration with process development team through gathering requirements and coordination


Your profile

  • Preferably a Bachelor degree or gained this knowledge level by work experience
  • You have a sound understanding of business processes and the customizing, especially in the areas of CRM and SAP BRIM
  • Proven experience in SAP Payment and Bank Account Management
  • Knowledge/experience of CRM Dynamics 365 is a plus
  • A collaborative and empathic mindset to enable our business colleagues through our solutions
  • Experience in agile working methods is an advantage
  • Analytical and quality-oriented way of thinking and working
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills
  • Strong communication skills in an international environment paired with good command of written and spoken English; German, Dutch or Swedish is a plus
  • Responsible and structured way of working with an affinity for problem
