- Development and preparation of proposal concepts for complex engineering projects in the offshore wind energy sector
- Formulation of technical bid strategies, monitoring the tender process, and ensuring deadlines are met
- Technical analysis and drafting of proposal documents in collaboration with the engineering department and the management
- Collaboration with internal departments such as Engineering, QHSE, Operations, Recruiting, Controlling, and external partners such as law firms, subcontractors, and bidding partners for the preparation of technical proposals and commercial offers
- Preparation of technical calculations and project budgets
- Identification of technical opportunities and risks in the bidding process and initiation of corrective actions as needed
- Continuous improvement of technical processes and proposals to ensure maximum competitiveness during the bidding phase
- Review and revision of technical documents provided by clients or internal departments, as well as coordination of the creation of these documents
- Monitoring tender platforms to identify technical business opportunities
- Completed studies in engineering, preferably with a focus on offshore, renewable energy
- A minimum of 1 year experience in tender management, ideally in the offshore wind industry
- Proven track record in creating complex technical calculations and project budgets
- Experience in evaluating and analyzing technical customer proposals
- Experience in developing technical proposal concepts
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong attention to technical details and a structured working approach
- Ability to meet technical deadlines under pressure without compromising on quality
- Skill in deriving and structuring technical work packages for (internal) stakeholders based on customer proposals or requests
- Commitment to continuous improvement of technical processes and proposals to ensure maximum competitiveness during the bidding phase
- Team-oriented with effective collaboration skills with both internal and external partners
