We are hiring a dynamic and positive team member to join our international team and ride the wave of change into the future of business travel.

Our team is at the heart of the daily customer journey. We have various stakeholders within the company such as Sales and Business Operations, and we also interact with customers. We are group of international and local colleagues working on various topics in a good and dynamic atmosphere.

Ensure the operational processing of an orderly accounts receivable management, with specialisation in accounting according to GAAP, German GAAP & IFRS for all Airplus products.

  • Managing accounts receivable incl. timely booking of incoming payments according to AirPlus
    processes for our corporate clients globally, with a focus on accounting
  • Monitoring of the payment behavior of our customers
  • Account clarification in direct contact with the customers
  • Managing payments and refunds
  • Preparation and review of weekly and monthly reports
  • Daily communication with internal stakeholders and customers
  • Taking the appropriate measures to minimize credit risks
  • Participation in internal Projects and support the Team leader with special tasks

  • Academic qualification at graduate level (Bachelor degree or equivalent) in Accounting/ Finance/
    Business or a comparable education
  • Relevant educational or professional experience in Accounting or Finance, preferably in an
    international environment
  • Sound knowledge and understanding of the corporate card and/or business travel industry
    would be an advantage
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills required. Additional languages: German
    or other European is a definite advantage
  • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, prioritize work and handle pressure
  • Excellent working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Package esp. Excel, PPT, etc.
  • Experience with SAP is a definite advantage
