The Senior Guest Services Agent is an integral part of Latham's Workplace Experience ("WE") team. This role will be responsible for being an integral part of the vision and execution of day-to-day virtual and in-office working at the Firm, while utilising a customer interaction system to provide high-quality customer service and assistance to our clients, attorneys, paralegals, and staff. This role will be located in our Manchester, Frankfurt, or Munich office. Please note that this role may be eligible for a flexible working schedule that allows for a hybrid and in-office presence. The schedule for this position is generally 8:00 am - 5:00 pm on Tuesday - Friday, and 7:00 am - 4:00 pm on Saturday, although the Senior Guest Services Agent may occasionally be required to work flexible hours.

Other key responsibilities include:
  • Curating experiences in the workplace to make the internal and external client feel valued, part of the community, and always impressed by the level of service
  • Providing high touch customer service to all visitors and guests
  • Contributing to a team environment that ensures all Agents are equally taking ownership of department tasks and responsibilities
  • Ensuring cross departmental collaboration to guide an inquiry to the appropriate resource
  • Acting as liaison for the WE staff in the local offices to facilitate all types of requests and provide information to allow for a seamless experience for the customer
  • Providing reservation and visitor management support for all offices and support a proactive outreach program to benefit the customers

We'd love to hear from you if you:
  • Exhibit strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in German and English
  • Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills with the intention to go above and beyond for every request
  • Display the ability to assess situations and take action without the direction of others

And have:
  • Relevant workplace experience, receptionist, technology, hospitality, or inbound customer service call centre experience
  • Administrative experience and familiarity with professional services organizations
  • Working knowledge of health and safety standards and regulations
