EU RME Predictive Analytics is looking for a motivated Spare Parts Engineer.

The successful candidate:

  • will be in charge of creating new spare parts data quality standards as well as building new policies to improve the spare parts management;
  • will ensure the implementation of new standards in the entire EU network by supporting other EU RME teams;
  • will be responsible for creating and supervising the spare parts data on the CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System);
  • will collaborate with other scientists from the team in order to ensure smooth and successful implementation of our ML and optimization models.

Key job responsibilities

  • Lead EU spare parts projects and initiatives.
  • Provide feedback on current policies and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Ensure spare parts policies are applied and followed by the whole EU network.
  • Work with procurement and the wider EU network to find savings opportunities.
  • Support RME local teams on spare parts management activities.
  • Create new spare parts and ensure data quality standards on the CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) software.

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline, operations, business administration, or a related field from an accredited university.
  • Relevant experience managing stores or spare parts inventories.
  • Experience using CMMS software.
  • Experience in using the core functions of MS Excel.

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience with the Infor EAM platform.
  • Experience with SQL and visualization tools.
  • Experience building KPIs.
  • Experience delivering training or coaching others.
