We are looking for an
Business Development Intern (f/m/d) – Tourism
to join our headquarters in Munich


  • You will support us in the acquiring new clients to grow our international tourism business
  • You will actively support us from the conception to the implementation of international projects (drafting proposals, contacting international offices, following up on potential and ongoing projects, etc.)
  • You will work closely and continuously on ongoing business development projects with executives at group and country levels
  • You will contribute directly to the success of our business development team by conducting research and preparing materials to win new clients and guide our expansion
  • You will support our day-to-day business in business development and administrative tasks
  • You will connect with colleagues and partners from all over the world
  • You will drive your own projects to expand our business
  • You will work on various internal corporate knowledge management initiatives-improving and reshaping our knowledge-sharing platfom and onboarding tools

  • You are currently a student in Tourism Management, International Business, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • You are looking for a mandatory internship, ideally for 6 months
  • You demonstrate initiative and forward-thinking in your approach to problem-solving
  • You are driven, eager to learn, and possess a self-starter mentality
  • You are highly communicative, creative, and able to work effectively both in teams and independently
  • You have strong organizational skills, allowing you to manage and prioritize multiple tasks efficiently
  • You are fluent in spoken and written English; proficiency in German and other languages is a plus
  • You possess excellent MS Office skills, particularly in PowerPoint; experience with design software is an advantage
