Our Procurement Digitalization Department in Düsseldorf is looking for you! We are looking for an engaged and experienced Developer Chatbot & a.I. (f/m/d) with a focus on Process Automation to join our team. The role will focus on enabling key process improvement initiatives in our overall Procurement function as an integral part of our "Process Digitalization" Pillar.
- Contribute to the development of our data insights workstream with a focus on AI and chatbots
- Support the further development of our processes and identify potential technical improvements
- Identify, analyze, and track opportunities for new and/or improved data insights across the procurement function
- Take an active role in our Agile delivery methodology to help deliver high-value input to procurement management decisions
- Collaborate across our regions regarding their needs for tailored reporting solutions
- Support the digital transformation of procurement by sharing, expanding, and widening the footprint of expertise
- Proactively work in a performance-oriented manner while seeking (and engaging with) empowerment opportunities
- University degree in Computer Science, Data Management, Engineering, IT or comparable studies
- 5-8 years experience working in Data Insights and Reporting in the utility sector (comparable large cap industries also welcome)
- Track record of results in contributing to the optimization of Data management processes (procurement exposure advantageous)
- Knowledge of MS Copilot, Azure AI and integration of A.I. and M.L. technologies
- Strong analytical skills combined with the resilience needed to assess problem statements and successfully drive implementation efforts
- Experience in working closely with international teams and appreciation for cultural differences and diversity
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication skills in English required (German knowledge a plus)
