For our Upgrades Sales Team within Nordex Service we are looking for a motivated and experienced team leader. You will become part of our energetic Aftersales team and contribute to driving the global aftersales growth plan of the Nordex Group. You will lead the upgrade sales activities globally in cross-functional role together with the sales managers in the regional service organisations.

YOUR TASKS

  • Lead a team of Technical Sales Specialists​
  • Secure sales of upgrade products in line with the budget including monitoring and pacing of upgrades sales pipeline
  • Support budget process and after sales business plan including forecasting in collaboration with the regional teams​
  • Provide technical interface between customer and company engineering, manufacturing and program management representatives
  • Research customer technical requirements
  • Prepare and conduct technical sales briefings for customer and company representatives focusing on unique selling proposition and specific customer benefits
  • Develop pricing and contract requirements

  • Technical and/or commercial university degree, ideally with professional experience and track record in sales or aftersales in an industrial organisation
  • Experience in product management and creation of sales campaigns
  • Experience from the Wind Industry and first track record of successfully leading a team would be an asset
  • Analytically strong with a structured, careful and reliable way of working
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, intercultural awareness, and experience in communicating with clients would be an asset
  • Cooperative working style, good team understanding and flexibility
  • Fluency in English
