Then apply now as: Senior Manager Global Export Control (f/m/d) Bad Vilbel | Germany (DE) | Full-time | Permanent | Other Technical Operations | Professionals As Senior Manager Global Export Control, you are part of the Supply Chain team and work closely with the international affiliates to ensure availability of STADA's products in the markets. What you can expect You will oversee activities as they relate to Customs including audits You will manage areas concerning classification, valuation, and record keeping You will review and monitor performance of brokerage service providers as it relates to quality of customs compliance activities that the Customs broker is performing You will provide leadership and direction relating to regulations, compliance, and risk assessment with respect to sanctions and trade control and self-assessment You will build and improve process in sanctions and trade control and the implementation of export best practices You will provide guidance to the Supply Chain Management as well as Executive Management You will monitor of existing export control and foreign trade licenses and monitoring and maintenance of export control and foreign trade relevant master data You develop strong relationships with internal (e.g. other SC functions, STADA affiliates, Quality, Regulatory, Finance) and external stakeholders, including 3PL and international freight providers Who we are looking for You have a university degree in business or similar You have work 10+ years of international experience in the area of Trade Compliance and Customs preferably in the pharmaceutical or chemical industry You demonstrate strong knowledge of export regulations and documentation requirements You have excellent risk mitigation, problem identification and solving capability skills You have ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders You have good knowledge in MS Office and SAP You are fluent in English and German, any other language is an advantage What we offer An open corporate culture with fast decision-making processes and a lot of potential for your personal development Individual development and training opportunities Flexible working hours and mobile working up to 2 days per week (depending on the job profile) Job ticket for the RMV region and Job Bike Childcare allowance Health-promoting offers such as Wellpass or the STADA Gym (free of charge) Numerous additional benefits such as group accident insurance or supplementary pension scheme Subsidized cafeteria We look forward to receiving your application via our career portal .
