Position Description

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager (Google Ads) who is enthusiastic about leveraging data to drive digital marketing success. In this key role, you will:
  • Plan, implement, and optimize paid media campaigns, focusing on Google Ads (Display, Shopping, YouTube) and other display platforms, including account-based marketing (ABM), retargeting, and third-party collaborations.
  • Manage channel and campaign budgets effectively.
  • Evaluate and report on campaign performance to ensure continuous optimization of KPIs and ROI, and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Advise and support internal stakeholders in managing their paid media activities and sharing best practices.
  • Collaborate closely with content, design, and campaign managers, as well as other stakeholders, and manage external agencies.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing to ensure the team utilizes best practices and innovative approaches.

Position Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration, communication, marketing, or a related field.
  • Over 3 years of experience in online and performance channels, with a focus on managing display campaigns across Google networks, as well as expertise in account-based marketing (ABM) and retargeting.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of CRM, tracking, automation, and reporting tools is essential – preferably including SFDC, Adobe Analytics, Eloqua, and Supermetrics or similar tools.
  • Experience with state-of-the-art marketing attribution and tracking models such as Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) or similar.
  • Strong reasoning skills and experience with basing decisions on data
  • Media (Meta, LinkedIn) and/or SEA, including setting up and managing PPC campaigns across Google, Yahoo, and Bing, is a plus but not required.
  • Familiarity with a B2B environment is advantageous but not essential.
