  • Review, revise (partially draft) and main­tain contract templates for wind energy pro­jects and develop regular revision schedules
  • Collaborate and negotiate with various depart­ments, such as legal, project management, sales and after sales regions, to ensure that contracts are up-to-date with current laws, regula­tions and internal policies, and reflect best practices
  • Develop and implement global standard guide­lines to streamline contract creation process
  • Provide training to other depart­ments and support colleagues on contract stan­dards and best practices / guide­lines
  • Manage and organize a repo­sitory of contract tem­plates and guidelines
  • Create KPI analysis and continuously monitor, evaluate and optimize our processes
  • Conduct regular reviews of con­tractual docu­ments to identify and mitigate risks

  • Bachelor's degree in business law, business adminis­tration or related field, alternatively similar quali­fications
  • Ability to interpret and explain contract terms and a deep under­standing of legal require­ments and best prac­tices in contract adminis­tration
  • Proficiency in risk assessment on contractual terms and conditions
  • Experience in contract management, pro­ject management or sales / after sales, preferably in the wind energy sector, would be advantageous
  • Excellent communication and presen­tation skills in a cross-functional team environ­ment
  • Detail-oriented with strong organi­zational and analytical abilities
  • Familiarity with the specific challenges and risks associated with offshore wind projects
  • Proficiency with MS Office and other contract manage­ment tools
  • Fluent in German and English, preferably with exposure to a bilingual contractual environ­ment
  • Ability to translate contractual terms between both languages
  • Innovative mindset with the commit­ment to improvements
