Sales Manager- Healthcare (f/m/d)


  • Freudenberg Performance Materials (FPM) is a leading contributor to the Healthcare industry, based in Weinheim. We highly value innovative solutions and customer-centricity. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a dedicated Sales Manager.
  • Building and Expanding Business Relationships: Maintain and expand existing customer relationships.
  • Identifying New Sales Opportunities: Discover and develop new business opportunities with partner companies.
  • Customer Consultation: Provide application-oriented advice and actively market our healthcare products.
  • Contract Management: Plan and negotiate contracts with major clients, leading to successful outcomes..
  • Strategic Planning: Contribute to the operational and strategic planning of the Business Unit.
  • Market Analysis: Analyze market developments and plan and implement marketing and sales strategies.
  • Complaint Management: Proactively manage customer complaints to ensure customer satisfaction.


  • Completed Degree: Business Administration, Textile Engineering, or a comparable field of study.
  • Sales Experience: Initial experience in sales, preferably in the healthcare sector.
  • IT Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, using CRM systems and SAP.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English and German.
  • Customer Orientation: Strong affinity for international sales, value-selling, and excellent customer orientation.
  • Project Management: Methodical and practical knowledge in project management.
  • Personal Skills: Confident demeanor, strong communication and presenation skills, goal oriented
  • Willingness to travel (30-50%).
