You will be part of the Market Activation team and help execute the European strategy with a focus on engaging and exciting consumers across DACH market, all while collaborating closely with the Digital Marketing team, Sales, and Revenue Growth Management to drive consumer marketing efforts.

A Taste of What You'll Be Doing

  • Activate Brand & Promo Plans – Support day-to-day activities to activate brand and promo plans for K Brands in the DACH market, managing commercial initiatives from concept to in-store implementation.
  • In-Store Activation – Execute in-store activation and channel activities, including local customer and channel activations.
  • Campaign Analysis – Conduct data collection, analysis, reporting, and provide feedback on the effectiveness of previous activation campaigns.
  • Shopper Marketing Strategy – Assist with the deployment of the shopper marketing strategy for the DACH region, including customer-specific marketing like sampling and retailer loyalty programs.
  • Influencer Relationships – Support activities to create and nurture relationships with influencers.

  • Exposure to brand marketing within an international company.
  • Stakeholder management skills, having the ability to confidently interact and influence key decision-makers.
  • The ability to speak and write fluently in both English and German.
