- Shape and drive the global internal innovation communication strategy for Henkel Adhesive Technologies
- Inspire the global innovation community with the internal communication agenda
- Create new inspiring and efficient communication channels and co-develop content for newsletters, events, etc.
- Be responsible for impactful global communication and know-how sharing events
- Run innovation change management programs bringing the organization to the next level
- Leverage new digital tools to make communication and transformation even more impactful
- Challenge the status quo and come up with new, innovative ways to make an impact
- Successfully completed university degree with a focus on communication, marketing, journalism or similar profession
- Several years of proven track record in a similar position in a corporate environment
- Proven experience with digital communication tools and platforms
- Experience in change-, brand-, and campaign management
- Creativity and can-do mindset
- Passion to work in diverse teams and collaborate across boundaries
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication capabilities
- Proficient oral and written communication in English language
