Our operations strategy team in Düsseldorf is looking for you!
* Own our Performance Benchmarking area: Delivering our Internal Benchmarking process (operational and cost performance) in close cooperation with Business Controlling and the central and local FE Steam & Biomass and FEGT teams
* Coordinating External Benchmarking exercise
* Initiate definition of internal Benchmarking process for other technologies
* Owning the initiative to define how Benchmarking results should be used in the yearly MTP process
* Work on improvement of Benchmarking process
* Supporting our Data Manager with regards to MODE data quality in Snowflake and associated digital projects
* Acting as a digital champion and supporting our team, the EAM teams in terms of development of Power BI dashboards and digitalization of processes
* Relevant university degree in engineering, business administration or science
* Strong conceptual, analytical, and strategic skills essential
* Passion for data; data management and data science. Previous experience in this area would be valued
* Experience in working with operational KPI and/or cost structure.
* Familiarity with Snowflake, SQL and Power BI would be an advantage
