Our energy asset risk team in Düsseldorf is looking for you!

  • Serve as the central point of contact for all asset-related budget planning activities and acting as the primary interface to Finance for Mid Term Planning and forecasting
  • Own, develop, and maintain the project and maintenance list, ensuring it is the central process for planning asset-related risk and maintenance investment activities
  • Actively seek opportunities to improve processes and tools, and implement enhancements through cross-functional cooperation
  • Develop and conduct regular training sessions on the tool and process for key stakeholders from sites
  • Provide detailed analysis of planned and current spending profiles, identify optimization opportunities, and monitor changes throughout the fiscal year
  • Coordinate in-year project prioritization and manage the operational project approval pipeline

  • A relevant university degree in economics, finance, engineering or natural sciences
  • Strong conceptual and analytical skills, with proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI
  • Work experience in operational planning and management of similar business processes is highly desired
  • Sound commercial and financial knowledge, with a good understanding of planning processes
  • Ability to work effectively across different hierarchies, technologies, and countries, with strong stakeholder management skills
  • Willingness to undertake international travel
  • Business fluency in English; proficiency in German and/or other European languages is beneficial
