Spairliners is a joint venture between Air France Industries and Lufthansa Technik. The company offers a comprehensive component support solution for A380 and E-Jet operators. The services include the provisioning and management of the spare parts inventory and overhaul and repair of components, together with the appropriate logistics. Overall Spairliners guarantees the availability of aircraft components where and when required. Founded in 2005, the company is headquartered in Hamburg; warehousing is located in Paris.

Would you like to join our Finance Team in a dynamic and multicultural company in the aviation industry in the beautiful city of Hamburg?

We are looking for a team player who is responsible for excellent Financial Controlling including project management experience on a Senior Level.

  • Responsibility for coordinating and tracking tasks across different departments, collaborate with colleagues to ensure all projects and tasks are completed on time.
  • Focus on financial controlling, monitor and analyze financial performance, as well as ensure the integration of financial data and material management.
  • Preparation and analysis of financial reports.
  • Preparation of monthly and annual financial statements (HGB), ensuring compliance with all relevant guidelines and standards.
  • Identification and implementation of improvement opportunities in existing processes in close cooperation with other departments to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Creating invoices and credit notes, taking care of clarifications alongside this process.


  • Studies: Completed studies in the field of finance, business administration or economics.
  • Professional experience: A minimum of 8 years of experience in accounting, controlling and project management.
  • Technical capabilities: Expert knowledge of SAP (FI/MM) and Microsoft 365 (e.g. PowerBI, Loop or Planner), excellent Excel skills are particularly important.
  • Personal characteristics: Can-do-attitude with a high level of self-drive and strong motivation to complete tasks successfully.
  • Language skills: Fluent in English; Knowledge of German is an advantage, but not mandatory.
  • Communication skills: Strong communication and presentation skills.
