Advisory Board Manager (m/f/d)

What you'll achieve
As the Advisory Board Manager, you will lead the stand up of the Dedalus Advisory Board program. Working with an extended highly skilled team, you will be making a profound impact throughout the healthcare sector.

You will:
  • Develop and execute the Advisory Board engagement plans, identifying Advisory Board members, mapping their interests and influence, increasing the Dedalus market share
  • Interact with Senior Executives and Healthcare Technology leaders strengthening collaboration and networks
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure bilateral information exchange between the Advisory Team and others
  • Drive and coordinate the organisation of Advisory Board meetings
  • Track & report on key performance indicators related to the Advisory Board

Essential Requirements
  • Experienced in stakeholder engagement and familiar with stakeholder engagement tools and methodologies
  • Experienced in Public Affairs, community relations or a related field, preferably within the healthcare IT industry
  • Bachelors or Master's degree in a relevant field such as communications, public relations or business
  • Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate challenges and develop proactive solutions
  • Strong project management skills and used to working effectively under pressure
Desirable Requirements
  • Experience working within the hospital or healthcare technology market
  • Multilingual and fluent in several European languages for example French, Spanish, Italian, German
