We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Logistics Intern with exceptional skills in Excel, macros, and data analytics to join our team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in logistics and supply chain management while leveraging your analytical skills to optimize our operations.
- Assist in the analysis of logistics data to identify trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain complex Excel spreadsheets and macros to streamline data processing and reporting.
- Support the logistics tender team in daily operations
- Create and automate reports using Excel and other data analysis tools (Power BI) to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and insights for various logistics projects.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and proposing data-driven solutions.
- Participate in the development and implementation of logistics strategies to enhance overall efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports for management review.
- Currently pursuing a degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Data Science, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions, formulas, pivot tables, and macros.
- Experience with data analytics tools and techniques (Power BI)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Familiarity with logistics and supply chain management concepts.
- Experience with SQL, VBA, or other programming languages.
