As a Sustainability working student or intern, you will have the opportunity to work within our sustainability team to contribute to our organization's commitment to environmental responsibility and sustainable practices. Your role will involve supporting various sustainability initiatives and projects, conducting research on best practices and emerging trends in sustainable development, and assisting in the implementation of strategies to reduce our environmental footprint.

Your Responsibilities

  • Support the preparation of sustainability assessments, including data collection and document review, results analysis, and stakeholders presentation
  • Keep the assessment platform up to date and manage stakeholders requests
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to organize metrics and documentation about practices related to sustainability
  • Assist in monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of sustainability initiatives and recommend adjustments or enhancements as needed
  • Assist in the development and implementation of sustainable practices and policies within the organization, and integrate sustainability considerations into various projects and operations
  • Conduct research on sustainable practices to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation

  • Current enrollment in an undergraduate or graduate program with a focus on environmental studies, sustainability, agriculture or related fields
  • Passion for sustainability and a strong understanding of environmental issues and sustainable development goals
  • Excellent research, analytical, organizational and critical thinking skills
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Fluent in English
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and engage with diverse stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with data project management or sustainability assessments is preferred
  • Demonstrated initiative and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Flexibility and adaptability to work on multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
